Awaken your entire body and spirit in this fit-inspired yoga class that will increase your heart rate and challenge your balance, focus and mobility.

And...Thursdays at the Richmond Hill studio for Yin/Restorative.


Do you want to slow down? Are you finding your body tight, sore, or stiff? This class could be for you. During Yin we hold postures for longer (2-5 mins) allowing the body to open and release in a safe and mindful way. During Restorative, we go deeper, softer, and relax further holding postures even longer (10 mins) and include some mindful meditation connecting mind, body, and heart.

Expect familiar and accessible yoga poses, postures, stretches, twists and movements. I include the use of props in all of my classes to support modifications or enhance the level of difficulty, you can bring your own or borrow from the studio.  You can expect in all classes you will be challenged and encouraged to move at your own pace. This is your practice and I invite you to listen to your body, mind, and heart from the moment you enter the room through to the end of practice and beyond.
It has been my pleasure to have attended yoga classes with Jennifer. Some friends and I were looking for a new teacher and fortunately for me (us), one of the group was attending Jennifer’s mindfulness meditations.
