Do you want to slow down? Are you finding your body tight, sore, or stiff? This class could be for you. During Yin we hold postures for longer (2-5 mins) allowing the body to open and release in a safe and mindful way. During Restorative, we go deeper, softer, and relax further holding postures even longer (10 mins) and include some mindful meditation connecting mind, body, and heart.
